WAG Trap-Neuter-Return on June 28

On Wednesday, June 28 the Welfare of Animals Group (WAG) will be humanely trapping stray and feral cats in the Chloe, Orma, and Grantsville areas to have them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and ear tipped (the universal sign that a cat has been part of a Trap-Neuter-Return program). We would appreciate if you would not put food out for them on Tuesday, June 27 as we will be trapping on Wednesday morning. Once the cats have recovered from anesthesia (at least 24 to 48 hours) we will return them to their exact location. They will be healthier, happier, and not reproducing and fighting. Thank you for your cooperation. So far we have spayed and neutered 778 community cats (430 females and 348 males).

Please keep your personal cats indoors or put a collar on them on Wednesday the 28th. If you have any questions, please call Linda at 304-354-7506.
