Carl Hayden Wilson was extradited from Ohio back to West Virginia yesterday, May 25, 2022. Mr. Wilson was placed on probation back in 2018 for felony conspiracy. Mr. Wilson absconded from probation shortly thereafter. A fugitive warrant was issued by the circuit court. On May 24, 2022 he was arrested by Ohio authorities on the fugitive warrant. The Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department transported Mr. Wilson to Central Regional Jail. A hearing on the state’s motion to revoke probation is scheduled for June 8th, 2022, at 1:00 pm. Mr. Wilson faces not less than one nor more than five years of incarceration.
