If seeing is believing the Saundra Johnson Aquatic Center had about 100 serious believers on Sunday, May 19th, 2024 as the youth who supported The 1982 Foundation’s efforts to open the facility jumped in feet and head first!
The youth and family supporters were treated to tacos at the Tiki Taco Hut and an afternoon of fun in the sun by The 1982 Foundation by being the first pool party guests in their honor.
The splashes and squeals of joy were reminiscent of the decades ago Grantsville City Pool, but the first class view from the Baja deck, lounge chairs and Tiki Taco Tables were never something anyone expected to see in Grantsville, West Virginia.
But the 1982 Foundation made us believers!
What a wonderful group the 1982 foundation there will be stars in your crown someday
