A two car signal six (traffic accident) was dispatched by Calhoun Control Wednesday morning, March 1st. Drivers Timothy Gafney and Chase Marks collided on Route 33/119 when Marks lost control of his vehicle. Trooper Brian Young wrote a warning ticket for Left of Center and Failure to Maintain Control to Marks. There was no injuries from the incident.

Amended Complaint Filed on Bryan Duskey
The Office of the Prosecuting Attorney will be filing an amended criminal complaint this morning to upgrade the charges against Bryan J. Duskey. Mr. Duskey recently wrecked a black Mitsubishi that near Sassafras. The amended complaint will charge Mr. Duskey with Second Offense DUI, Second Offense Reckless Driving, and No Insurance.
