Herbert Hardman pleaded guilty in December of 2022 to Driving on a Revoked License for DUI – Second Offense; No Insurance; No Registration; and Expired MVI. His sentencing was set for January 18, 2023. However, Mr. Hardman failed to appear. He was finally arrested on July 27, 2023, by a Wirt County Deputy. Sentencing was reset for yesterday, August 16 ant which time Mr. Hardman was sentenced to six months in the regional jail for Driving on a Revoked License for DUI – Second Offense and No Insurance.
