The West Virginia Public Service District has permitted the continuance of the Town of Grantsville Rate Increase but has placed the matter on the WV PSC Docket for investigation and possible suspension of the increase in rates due to a petition filed by Grantsville residents. Below is the document filed in the office of the WVPSC on September 13th, 2024.
