An accident occurred on Route 16 South Calhoun Highway on on Mt. Zion, West Virginia, when, according to driver Ashley Brock, after looking both ways she didn’t see anyone coming and went to pull out of the Calhoun Homes entrance. When she did, she hit the side of a car driven by Allison Conrad, causing her side air bags to deploy. Ms. Conrad also had a child in the car, but neither appeared to be seriously injured.
Grantsville Fire Chief Carl Brannon was on scene as well as Jason Wilson of Minnie Hamilton Emergency Services, Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department and Westfall’s Wrecker Service.
The accident occurred around 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday, January 29th, 2025.
