The Following criminal complaint was released by Calhoun Magistrate Court in its entirety without the victim’s name. The description of the accused’s behavior was redacted by Ridgeview News because of the graphic nature.
On September 12, 2025, TFC E.B. Malcomb attended a Child Forensic Interview in which the juvenile victim disclosed that he had been sexually assaulted by Jacob McCumbers. The juvenile victim disclosed he was approximately 6 or 7 years old and had been in the home approximately one (1) year when the assaults began.
It was disclosed that Mr. McCumbers would come into his bedroom late at night ◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️ content too graphic ◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️. Mr. McCumbers would then dress the juvenile victim and leave the room. If the victim would attempt to fight him, Mr. McCumbers would forcefully hold him down until he was finished. This occurred for approximately 8 to 9 years and approximately four (4) times per week The juvenile victim was threatened if he told anyone Mr. McCumbers would hurt him.
Jacob Daniel McCumbers has been released after a $100,000 property bond was posted and he is now on home confinement.
Postawaite needs put in bed with mccumbers. Where are those children? Living next door to Daddy. Get them out of love shack lane but of sickos
Please give back our grandson, great grandson, our heart and soul would never allowed anyone or anything to ever hurt a child. He doesn’t belong to that lowlife child touching man and anyone who stand up with him are just as guilty because this adoption crap should have never been allowed when there were plenty of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and so many biological family that would have taken that kid no problems whatsoever.. I for one was never notified, informed, or contacted in any way that my grandson was in cps clutches, or that he was being removed from his home , placed in a foster home or adopted by a single, man who “has been implicated, removed, from one school to another, and allowed to adopt any child.. its not right what he has done and we the family of a wonderful happy little boy wants to know why he hasn’t been returned to us and where he is exactly?? Not sleeping, not eating, and constantly worrying about our grandson is not healthy and i can’t imagine what those babies are going though as well. Give us our kids back.. do the right thing.
