Julie Dawn Conrad, 49 of Sand Fork, WV; departed this earthly life in the evening hours of Monday, February 2, 2026 at the Braxton Memorial Hospital in Gassaway, WV; following a brief illness.
She was born August 19, 1976 in Weston, WV; daughter of Kevin “Joe” and Ann (Burke) Moyers of Cedarville, WV.
Julie is a graduate of Gilmer County High School, and spent most of her working life as a home healthcare aide and a local retail clerk. In her spare time, Julie enjoyed drawing, working with crafts, fishing, spending time outdoors, and caring for her pet cats.
Surviving are 2 children, Jacob Conrad and companion Summer Schaffer of Tarentum, PA; and Chelsey Phillips and husband Palmer of Hurricane, WV; 2 grandchildren, Sophia and Malia, and long-term companion, Johnny Conrad of Sand Fork.
Also surviving are numerous siblings, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many other wonderful family and friends.
Julie’s request for cremation will be honored and a celebration of her life will be conducted at a later date.
