Troy Allen Ragland, 56, of Calhoun County, died Tuesday, May 26, 2026.
He was born May 8, 1970, at Millersburg, OH, the son of the late Earl and Hazel Bailey Ragland.
Allen was an equipment operator and a member of I.U.O.E. #132, Charleston.
He was a graduate of Calhoun County High School.
Survivors include his wife, Stephanie Ragland of Barrickville; daughters, Sara Lynn Ragland and Sandra Dawn Ragland both of Southport, N.C.; stepchildren, Ryan Williams of Parkersburg, Matt Beveridge, Alex Stibler and Aaron Stibler all of Fairmont; two brothers, Scott Frazier and Dereck Frazier both of Millersburg, OH; best friend, Jeff Cunningham.
Allen loved his family and his beloved dog, Nash.
A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6 at John H. Taylor Funeral Home, Spencer. Burial will be in Minnora Cemetery, Minnora.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
