Glenn Mitchell Ice, 71, of Spencer, WV passed away at home on August 20, 2026.
Born on November, 10, 1954, he was the son of the late James R. Ice and Emma Mae (Tanner) Ice.
He was retired from the union Local 132 with 50 years of service. He enjoyed the outdoors, music, art and auto mechanics. He enjoyed helping family, friends and neighbors the most.
Those left to cherish his memory include his wife Sharlene Seabolt- Ice; Two sons; Steven Mitchell (Melissa) Ice of Overland Park, Kansas, Chad Alan (Amanda) Ice of Charleston, West Virginia. One step-son; Timothy (Jessica) Parsons II. Three brothers; Tom Ice of Spencer, West Virginia; Jim Ice of Springfield Missouri; Rick Ice of Spencer, West Virginia. One sister Terry Tolley of Spencer, West Virginia. One brother-in-law; Blane (Libby) Seabolt of Florida. Two sisters-in-law; Barbara Bowers & Darlene Seabolt of Spencer, WV. Five Grandchildren; Lilly & Emma Ice of Overland Park, Kansas; Noah Rae, Raelynn Grace & Brayden Parsons of Evans, WV. Longtime friends; Stephen Hughes and James & Tonya Butcher of Spencer, West Virginia.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister Nancy Huryan.
Per Mitch’s wishes he will be cremated with a celebration of life announced at a later date.
