Demolition and Asbestos Abatement REQUEST FOR BIDS The Calhoun County Commission is seeking sealed bids for demolition of fourstructures located in Calhoun County. The scope of work will entail demolition with some asbestos abatement, and proper removal of all debris resulting from said demolition, as well as site restoration following the demolition. ONE structure requires asbestos abatement on the project. Three structures require only demolition, and no abatement is necessary. MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – Nearly one-in-five West Virginians is living with diabetes, a rate far above the national average. Doctors at WVU Medicine say earlier screening and small lifestyle changes could help slow the trend. Across the United States, about 11.3 percent of people have diabetes.
