Swank Arrested for Violating Registration Requirements

On Thursday, May 07, 2026, at approximately 1 p.m., Sgt. N.S. Stepp, was reassigned an investigation originally conducted by Trooper W.T. Raines regarding Dusty Swank violating the West Virginia Sex Offender Registration requirements.
