The 1982 Foundation Continues to have great success and flavor with their fancy foreign foods on the field of Underwood and the experience does not go unappreciated by the guests attending. The venue looked absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was certainly conducive to a fun night of forty friends and family.
While savoir-faire is not the norm for Grantsville, the Foundation takes it to a new level for those attending the events. The “Taste of Paris” menu prepared by Chefs, Jean-Micheal Pierre Mourex and Lil Shifty, included:
- Various Canapes
- Mixed Greens with Strawberries and Pecans in balsamic vinaigrette
- “Le buffet de boucher”
- Chateaubriand (beef)
- Poulet Roti (chicken)
- Mushrooms in white wine
- Asparagus Hollandaise
- Potatoes Dauphinoise
- Cherry Clafouti or Chocolate Souffle’ and vanilla ice cream
- Coffee/Tea
