Rev. Keith Gillespie filled his regular appointment at the Burning Springs M. E. Church.
On Saturday May 20 there will be a flea market at the Creston Community Building with signups t 8 A. M. Bring one’s own table. Then at starting 11 A. M. there will be an antique car show. The kitchen will be open as well. Come and look for bargains among “all the fleas” and then admire the golden oldie automobiles & trucks.
Jerry Bunner, John & Debbie Griffin are among the local folks who were undergoing cardiac tests and/or “vacationing ” where breakfast is served in bed. An elderly Creston resident was taking a test & the technician noted that more resolution was needed which required an IV. The crazy woke trans insanity has now invaded the medical field as the local fellow had to sign a paper saying that HE was neither pregnant nor breast feeding.
Some Creston area residents motored to Arnoldsburg to participate in the Arnoldsburg Fire Department barbecue meal. Like last year it was pouring down the rain.
The senile one said he was running for another term which might be described as the Big Eared One’s fourth term. A spokeslady for the Chinese government [unwittingly of course] said that no interference would be tolerated and that little Kennedy twerp needs to learn manners and go away and mind his own business. There will be no debates or questions for what are now obvious reasons. The removal of Tucker Carlson from Tee Vee shows the power of the deep state – that no dissenting voices are to be spoken on any non-approved subject. Newsman now has more listeners until the platform is once again banned. On the W. Va. scene, Shelly Capito who was once our senator has made it clear that she now answers to the deep state swamp said that Jimmy Justice should be the fellow to run against Broadway Joe [or Maserati Joe as he is known down in the swamps] so that the deep state would win either way. Several Moore family members are running in ’24 — sorta like a Manchin family member under every rock.
Along I-77 there were lots of red bud & dogwood flowers which made the trip worth while. Flowers always are a plus. However, little Jimmy Wristen has expensive heavy equipment eradicating the flowering shrubs along the roadway. Some well connected equipment fellow has a piece of iron that needs rented & the W. Va. taxpayers obviously have “deep Pockets”. In Calhoun County the roadsides have been sprayed as someone has to make sure that sales of herbicide product stay at a high level. Across from the Full Gospel Lighthouse there once was a patch of wild columbine but no more. Roadside wild flower eradication now must be part of the much hyped “core Maintenace”.
The Wirt road crew patched some of the holes in & around Creston and the Calhoun crew patched W. Va. 5 between the Annamoriah bridge & Brooksville.
Northeast Natural Energy, a Charleston based Marcellus driller, will drill a 15,000 foot well for the university and the U. S. Sept. of Energy. It is to test for geothermal energy and the possibility of storing CO2. Elsewhere the EPA has been holding up permits, called Class IV injection wells for pumping CO2 back into deep formations.
A fellow who has an undertaker friend was talking about the strange blood clots found in vaccinated folks that died, often young & suddenly. It was noted that it takes at least 5 months for the bad effects from the vaccines to kick in but such is not to be talked about since the rulers have said that there are too many of us and eradication is OK by them – even giving killer shots to children. The deep state, the WEF, WHO & other guilty ones need to be removed from power of any sort. So what if someone makes “mean tweets”. Action is called for.
Turns out that it is a felony for a school employee to touch “an autistic” child. Seems an aide took a child by the hand & led him to where he was supposed to go. The grand jury did not find a true bill – good for them. There is another class of “protected children” that cannot be touched or corrected as they can say the “magic words” and the school employees are fired & the spineless administrators are in fear of bad news reports. As long as Sen. president Baldy Blair has a teacher’s union lady as head of the Education Committee there is likely little chance of real reform so that learning can be the priority and all the nonsense can be flushed down to the treatment facility. Those running for state & federal office must be questioned as to their stand on such matters.
The Energy Information Agency [EIA] reported that natural gas usage & withdrawal from gas storage set a 40 year high. LNG export hit another new high while gas usage took a drop likely because of troubled economic conditions. Note what is happening with the big banks.
The National Science Teachers Association was having a meeting in Atlanta and a CO2 Coalition had a booth where they handed out information concerning carbon dioxide & the environment. Since it did not fit Al Gore Jr.’s scheme the real scientists were expelled from the gathering. Some may remember reading what happened when Galileo reported that actually the earth rotated around the sun. Under penalty of death he was forced to “recant.” Only Copernicus who lived in Poland where free thought was allowed was able to speak the truth.
The price of local Pennsylvania grade crude dropped to $70.34/bbl. with condensate fetching just $54.34/bbl. and Marcellus & Utica light bringing $61.34 & medium $70.34/bbl. Henry Bub [Louisiana] natural gas is $2.14/MMBTU.
