GLENVILLE, WV – With generous support from the Pioneer community, Glenville State University has raised a record-breaking $1.2 million from over 1,100 donors during the 2025 Founders Day of Giving, February 19, 2025.
Donations support multiple projects across campus, including each academic department and athletic team, scholarship funds, alumni and student projects, the Pioneer Fund, and the President’s Circle.
Rev. Kevin Gillespie filled his regular appointment at the Burning Springs M. E. Church. Jerry Duskey, age 71, of Burning Springs was killed in a car wreck on Elizabeth hill.
