After a lot of effort by the Calhoun Family Resource Network, they are thrilled to announce that they have been awarded a Federal Home Loan Affordable Housing Grant to make Bert’s Place a reality!
A new life will be made for the former Red Devil Inn that goes back decades as a Restaurant, hotel, Assisted living residence and will now be reconstructed into 12 Affordable Housing apartments.
The image above is the building design that will be a beautiful attraction to the West end of Main Street in Grantsville and will be a wonderful opportunity for safe and affordable housing for the recovery community.
