On November 30th, 2023, Cody Allen Blosser, age 19, had his bond revoked and is currently being held on an $11,000 bond having been charged with Possession by Deputy Charles Stephens.
On August 11, 2023 Blosser was arrested for Suspended Revoked Operators, Improper Registration, No Insurance, Expired Inspection and Possession of a controlled substance, all misdemeanor offenses. He was also arrested for a prior offense that occurred on March 1, 2023 when the defendant was accused of destroying the storm door of Lyle Kerby after being asked to vacate a rental property causing damage in the amount of $1,148.98.
All defendants are innocent until proven guilty.
