Stephen Dewayne Kilgore, 38, Orma, WV
- Failure to Register or Provide Notice of Regitration Changes
Gelinda Jean Skaggs, 47, Newton, WV
- Conspiracy to Commit a Violation of Chater 60A
- Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance
John Eric Hunt, 41, Newton, WV
- Conspiracy to Commit a Violation of Chater 60A
- Possession with the Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance
April Dawn Carpenter, 35, Chloe, WV
- Conspiracy to Commit a Violation of Chater 60A
