Several Calhoun Middle High School Students and families traveled to Morgantown, WV to attend WVU Spirit Day and Youth Sports Day 2022 on Saturday, September 10th.
Calhoun Cheerleaders were given the opportunity to interact with the athletes to learn new skills and have a better understanding of how things work on the University level. A few of Calhoun Football boys attended as well, running drills and running into some old opponents.
The rain didn’t dampen the spirit of Calhoun from showing up and cheering on the Mountaineers. Whitney Butler, Cheer Coach, hopes to return next year with even more Calhoun fans to pack the stadium.
