According to Jean Simers, Calhoun County Clerk, Richard Lockhart of (correction) Casto and Harris will be in Grantsville Wednesday Morning at 9 a.m. to assist in completion of the voter canvassing. Simers said that because 22 votes did not print, they were permitted by the WVSOC office to “recreate” those ballots. With that recreation they were no longer above the 1% of error permitted and the canvassing would be approved with only one precinct count necessary.
