Donald was born in Montcoal, Raleigh County, West Virginia, January 4th, 1952. A son of the late Elwood Rudolph Jarrell & Mildred Joretta (Gallimore) Jarrell.

He dabbled in woodworking in younger years & most of his time was spent taking great pride in his daughter & grandchildren, and spoiling them every chance he could in later years. He had a unique ability to talk to two people at once; carrying on two different conversations; on two different topics.

In keeping with his wishes, Donald chose to donate his body to the WVU Human Gift Registry in hopes that he may help others after his passing. A private celebration of life will be held at a later date. Online condolences can be shared with his family at www.stumpfuneralhomes.com
