Defendant Jacob McCumbers, who had previously hired an attorney that did not appear for the original Preliminary Hearing set for September 24th, 2025, has recently hired Attorney George Cosenza of Parkersburg, WV.
Attorney Cosenza filed a motion on October 1st, 2025 to continue the Preliminary hearing to November 3rd, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. before Magistrate Tamra Milhoan who was appointed following the recusals of both Calhoun Magistrates.
