On August 25th, 2025, Chief Deputy C.R. Stephens filed a complaint in Calhoun County Magistrate Court against 33 year old Cody L. Miller of East Northport, NY.

All the while Miller stated that all the officers involved would be dead within a month and that they were all in deep trouble.
Miller is charged with one count of False Information, Two Counts of Obstruction and One Count of Fleeing on foot.
This incident occurred between Nobe Road and Road Run within the geographical boundaries of Calhoun County, West Virginia.
Miller is currently being held in the WV Central Regional Jail on a bond of $45,000. He is innocent until proven guilty
