Following the Parade on Friday December 1, 2023, Calhoun Children will receive the gift of giving. Each child will be escorted by Santa’s elves into “Elvira’s Department Store” on the third floor of The 1982 Foundation Office Complex (Formerly the Masonic Lodge Hall) at 354 Main Street in Grantsville. The Department Store will have gifts for Men, Women and children for children to select a gift for either a parent or sibling.
Once their gift has been chosen they’ll go to “Fiona’s Gift Wrap and More” on the second floor to wrap their gift and prepare a card for the recipient.
The last stop will be in Cordiella’s Candy shop where children will be given a treat of their own.
Cordiella’s Candy Shop is not only for the children, but it’s going to be a genuine sweet shop with local goods made for purchase.
Friday Night’s Hallmark memories is an evening that everyone in the community should come out and enjoy. Businesses in town are staying open late, offering special deals, serving food and the atmosphere is going to be amazing!
