Shawn Virgil Brasseur, 55, of Clarksburg, West Virginia, passed away Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at Glenville Center, Glenville, WV.
He was born May 19, 1970, in Elkins, WV, a son of the late Jack and Elouise Jackson Brasseur. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his grandparents.
Left to cherish his memory are his daughter Samantha Brasseur; three grandchildren Aryah, Emmalee, and Isaiah Frederick; two brothers Brian and Geoffrey Brasseur; and William Frederick, whom he considered a son.
He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and woodworking.
A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Stump Funeral Home & Cremation, Inc. 107 Market Street, Grantsville, WV 26147, is honored to serve the Brasseur family.
