The 1982 Foundation hosts another Successful “Taste” Event

Even though it was a chilly evening, guests of The 1982 Foundation’s “Taste of the Alps Event” enjoyed an evening of warm community fellowship, good conversation and delicious food prepared by Chef’s Robin, Dennis and Aaron and a few assistants on Saturday, February 4th. The sold out event provided those who attended a dinner of classic fondue, Raclette, Chacurterie, Onion Soup, Arugula/Goat Cheese, Schnitzel of Choice – Wiener (veal), Schweine (pork), Hanchen (chicken) – Rosti, Brussels Sprouts, and Apple Galette/Ice Cream.

The Photo Album below shows the Wayne Underwood Field Dining area created on the stage and field and the work that went into creating a dining experience like none other close to the area.

The 1982 Foundation not only set the stage for this event, they’re setting the stage for coming attractions in the Calhoun Community Center which will house a Restaurant and so many other sources of entertainment and resources for community.
