On May 25, 2022, Chassidy Trevena was sentenced to six (6) months of incarceration in the regional jail upon her conviction for the misdemeanor offense of possession of a controlled substance.
In addition to the plea of guilty to possession of Meth , she also pled to No insurance. In return the charge of Possession of Marijuana and No Operators were dropped. During the sentencing the Defendant asked for probation or Home Confinement but the state requested and received the maximum six months of incarceration in the regional jail.
