The West Virginia State Police have made an arrest in the investigation of the death of 29 year old Emily Metheney discovered this morning.
Mickey Case Carter, age 26, was charged with first degree murder, in relation to the death of Emily Metheney, according to reports. More information to follow as the complaint becomes made available.
