Velcia Ann Stevens, 84, of Mt. Zion, WV, passed away February 16, 2025, at her home.
She was born February 9, 1941, in Roane County, WV, a daughter of the late Orval and Icy Tanner.
She had worked at BFG and Kellwood and had been a foster grantdparent with Calhoun County Schools.
