Gov. Justice orders flags to half-staff until sunset Monday, October 30 to honor victims of Maine mass shooting

CHARLESTON, WV – Gov. Jim Justice has issued a proclamation, ordering all United States and West Virginia flags to be flown at half-staff until sunset on Monday, October 30, 2023, as a mark of respect for the victims of the senseless acts of violence perpetrated on October 25, 2023, in Lewiston, Maine, in accordance with the Presidential Proclamation issued.
