Linda Lou Moss, found guilty of Possession of a Controlled Substance on July 29th, 2023 in the Circuit Court of Calhoun County, was returned to the West Virginia Central Regional Jail on October 23, 2023 after testing positive for illegal substances while on Home Confinement.
Ms. Moss will appear before Judge Anita Ashley for further action.
