ITâS GAME DAY FOLKS!! The Alumni Teams have been hitting the gym, trying to find some version of â in fighting shapeâ, preparing to take on fellow Alumni in what we can all hope is an annual game. Yesterday we spotlighted our Black Team and today we will look at what other former athletes are taking the court
Lady Red Devils Alumni Coach for the Red team is Coach Adam OâHarrow, or Coach O. Coach O also had a turn in coaching the Lady Red Devils for a few years and is a physical education teacher and weight lifting instructor at CMHS. His roster consists of
Lady Red Devils Red
- Missy Cunningham- 1995 Calhoun Co High School graduate

Yesterday we told you that the womenâs bench didnât necessarily have a lot of depth to it, what we didnât say however is that on both sides of the court are record holders, and women who were among the first females from Calhoun to ever play at the state championship tournament. But not only will some heavy hitting females be taking the court the menâs bench didnât do so bad themselves in their day.
Coaching for the menâs Red Team is Coach Tim Davis. Coach Davis is a former teacher and head coach of the first Boys Basketball team to make it to the state tournament as well. His team consists of,
Red Devils Red
- Eric Heiney- 1994 Calhoun Co High school graduate
- Keith Carpenter- 2002 CMHS graduate
- Cade Groves- 2003 CMHS graduate
- Marcus Davis- 2004 CMHS graduate
- Shawn Hillegas- 2004 CMHS graduate
- Mikey Batten- 2005 CMHS graduate
- Jake Perkins- 2005 CMHS graduate
- Austin Gribble- 2016 CMHS graduate
- Dylan Heiney- 2017 CMHS graduate
- Adam Parsons- 2020 CMHS graduate
Officiating the game alongside his fellow coach is Jeffrey Goodrich. Goodrich is the new Head Football Coach, can also be seen on the CHS Wall of Fame and has been coaching other community teams for last few years.
This Alumni Game is being hosted by the athletic department and new Athletic Director Emilee Nichols, in the hopes of raising much needed funds for the athletic department. Every donation, gate fee, concession sale will benefit every athlete in some way or another, and will be greatly appreciated by our students and staff.
Ridgeview News would like to wish all teams good luck this evening and encourages everyone to attend and support the future of our CMHS athletic department by watching some of our favorite athletes of the past. .
