Clark Hall Ribbon Cutting is May 1 at Glenville State University

Clark Hall, Glenville State University

GLENVILLE, WV – Glenville State University will hold a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the newly renovated Clark Hall on Wednesday, May 1 at 1:30 p.m. The event will take place in front of the main entrance of Clark Hall.

The event marks the official relocation of Glenville State’s Department of Education offices back to Clark Hall. Along with the ribbon cutting, there will be a recognition of Skip and Shirley Hackworth, donors of the new crystal chandelier that hangs in the main foyer of Clark Hall.

The new Wall of Deans will also be unveiled at the event. The wall is dedicated to all of the individuals who have held the title of Dean of Education at Glenville State throughout the years. The Wall of Deans was made possible through funding by the West Virginia Humanities Council and the many donors who support the specialized archival projects completed by the Robert F. Kidd Library.

A tour of Clark Hall and light refreshments will be provided following the ceremony. Everyone is invited to attend.
