Debra “Debbie” Allman Obituary

Debra “Debbie” A. Allman, 65, of Millstone, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly at home on Monday, December 22, 2025. She was a beloved mom, mammy, aunt, cousin, and dear friend to all.

She was born July 12, 1960, in Barberton, Ohio, a daughter of the late Russell Starcher and Mary Yeager.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her long-term partner Randy Starcher, sister Shelia and Mark Allman.

She was a retired bank teller after 11 years of service at Poca Valley Bank. She also worked for many years as a bank teller at FNB. She loved making memories with her family and taking photos of her children, grandchildren, family, and friends. She was the heart of her family and will be missed every day.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Desiree’ Allman, Daniel Allman (daughter-in-law Devin Allman), Joey Allman, and Destinee’ Starcher (daughter-in-law Charity Starcher); grandchildren, Jacey Allman, Jalyn Allman, Joshua Allman, Jordan Allman, and Journee’ Allman; great-granddaughter Amira Hibbert; siblings, Dale Starcher (sister-in-law Rhonda Starcher), Crystal Yeager (son Codi) and other step-siblings; many loving nieces and nephews, cousins, and other extended family.

In keeping with her wishes, Debbie will be cremated, and a celebration of life Christmas dinner will be held at the Arnoldsburg Community building on January 10, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. If you would like to bring a dish or drinks, please feel free to do so.
