Following a report from a parent that personal information had been published on a fake Facebook account which divulged the personal information of Calhoun youth, Ridgeview News reached out to local law enforcement.
Due to the nature of a juvenile case, no information could be provided other than the following warning:
“Posting personal information of a minor online is against state and federal law and extremely dangerous, those posting information should expect to be charged.”
It is suggested that parents monitor Facebook accounts
It is suggested by me that everyone quits Fakebook today. Go outside.
