IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas,highways, streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

Interstate 79 between mile markers 79 and 113. Route 33 between mile markers 1 and 7...and between mile markers 15 and 17.

counties, Boyd, Carter and Greenup, southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia, Jackson OH, Lawrence OH, Meigs, Morgan, Perry, Vinton and Washington, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Barbour, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Doddridge, Gilmer, Harrison, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lewis, Mason, Northwest Randolph, Northwest Webster, Pleasants, Putnam, Ritchie, Roane, Southeast Randolph, Southeast Webster, Taylor, Tyler, Upshur, Wirt and Wood.
