  1. My apologies. Apparently it has gotten so bad for the Mount Zion PSD that they can not even afford new ink for the printer. I received my dad’s water bill which cannot even be read properly. Fortunately, I do not use the water provided and simply mail a check Quarterly to cover the fees of being hooked up to the system, but I am sure many other customers do not do the same. Which I assume creates more questions on the clarity of numbers on the invoice. Which more questions and calls to the office take up more time which in turns costs more money that they do not have. Hopefully, the secretary can answer the question of why the ink cartridge cannot be changed as well as the ongoing lists I have provided. I did drive by the old office, Orchard Lane and the Y yesterday only to see water continually flowing. Maybe if one of the leaks were fixed, the money flowing down the ditchline could go towards printer ink. Or maybe the Commissioners will have to fund that too. We are into September 2026 now and the bag on the hydrant at Family Dollar in Arnoldsburg should be made into an AI picture which represents the PSD. Broken, tattered and flapping in the wind. Barely hanging on by a thread. By September 2025, we had successfully flushed all 100 fire hydrants on the system. Which is required by WV State law. How many have been flushed by September 2026? I will let you guess. But the agenda mentions fire department water use. This as well as the question on the PSD Fakebook from Anita West that hasn’t been answered in 5 days shows the continued arrogance of this team. They are too good to answer any questions. I don’t know but I will find out is an answer, but they cannot even do that for their customers. Totally pathetic. I hope every customer takes a minute to go to the meeting tomorrow and demands answers. I also ask the County Commissioners to demand answers. Since you are the voice of the people and were elected to ask questions. Consolidation of Mount Zion and Pleasant Hill will change nothing when the management of the PSD stays the same. But that will be the next thing to push the issues down the line. And for now, Jason will be there to criticize until answers and progress are provided. Enjoy the day and see you on the Ridge.
