Peanut laid down significant amount of fine first cutting hay. Elsewhere folks are likewise making hay between showers. The area received significant rain causing streams to come up and get very muddy. Those who hoped to spend the weekend fishing had their plans ruined.
Folks were visiting the graveyards to place flowers on the resting places of their loved ones. Others brought in four wheelers and side by sides to go mudding, others went camping and spent time visiting with family in spite of the high fuel prices.
One area business indicted that it would be shutting down soon as they cannot raise the price of their product and the senile one made it clear that the price of gasolene and diesel was not about to drop and that the increase was intentional “to bring us into a new era”. Some years back the Big Eared One said that gasolene should be $10/gallon to force vehicles off the road. The WEF (World Economic Forum) recently met in a Swiss resort and said that 2 million cars should be taken off the road. A few years back a woman who was running for congress to represent this area said all should ride “light rail”. Also, some while back “Perfesser Gee Haw”, who runs the school up at Morgantown., said that the population in West Virginia needed to be moved to just a few locations so that providing “services” would be easier and more efficient. Obviously, the state’s population would have to be disarmed before such would dare be implemented. That is the reason for all the anti-gun talk. Adolph did that before he rounded up the folks that he sent to the gas chambers.

Both the Wirt & Calhoun road crews mowed the berms of the highways & byways in & around Creston. It was always policy to have the roads mowed before Decoration Day.

Klaus Schwab runs the show and he is pushing for the “Great Reset” with a one world order and the abolition of the United States of America. Part of the plan is for WHO [World Health Organization] to have complete control of pandemics and other health issues with mandatory vaccination and health passports for everyone in the world. The president of Brazil stated his objection and he was told to “shape up or else”. He is said to be bad because he isn’t on “their team”. It has been made clear that after the great reset ordinary folks will have nothing and be happy. They can eat insect protein or, perhaps if they are lucky and have a good “social credit score” get to, on occasion, dine on “lab grown meat”. The main excuse for all this has been “global warming” but now these fine folks have the virus that came from the germ warfare lab and, likely, there are more viruses that are to be turned loose or may have already been spread all over the planet. The Paris “climate accords” and United Nations policies are to be enforced in all nations. They all claim there is urgency but the reason is not what it said. Seems that this spring there is a 30 year high in Artic ice with 77,000 square miles more covered. Back when Al Gore Jr. who is now a billionaire, claimed that the Artic Ocean would be ice free in the summer by 2013 and all the polar bears & seals would drown. The solar minimum will cause a global cooling that the “magicians” cannot undo.
There is a TRUMP lawn on W. Va. 14 in Elizabeth between the car wash & the Pentecostal church. A Trump flag welcomed one to Elizabeth at the end of W. Va. 5 but apparently the Big Eared One heard about it and ordered the mayor to “take it down”.
The talk now of food shortages, exemplified by the baby food fiasco, will be noting compared to famines caused by cold weather that kills vast acreages of crops. When Krakatoa erupted 140 years ago both the corn & wheat crops around Creston were killed by a freeze in June and local folks starved.
The W. Va. Legislature met in Morgantown for the regularly scheduled legislative interim meeting and they all got to tour a Marcellus well drilling pad. That should have been a good education for several of them who have no clue.
Some local folks were up in Ohio Amish country recently. Many residents there farm and travel and use petroleum products only for lubrication of mechanical parts. They have fine horses to work the fields and pull the buggies. However, juxtaposed is big time agriculture with tractors that mow 8 swaths at a time.
The price of local Pennsylvania grade crude rose to $114.07/bbl. with condensate, formerly called Appalachian light sweet, fetched $100.07/bbl. with Marcellus & Utica light bringing $105.07 & medium $114.07/bbl. Natural gas on the NYMEX closed at $8.97/mmbtu. No doubt many folks will be heating with wood this winter.
