The making of Molasses took a village to get the product from the cain, to squeezing, then cooking and processing the product for the jars for sale. It was a farm to table process right before your eyes and another sell out year for the West Virginia Molasses Festival. Ridgeview News heard several comments about the delicious flavor of this years Molasses, althought by the time I got around to the Country Store they’d sold out once again and for the final time of this years festival. Better luck next year Ridgeview!
