Butcher Charged DUI2nd After Rollover Accident

Joshua Butcher escaped injury from a serious Sunday night accident that destroyed his Chevy truck and ended with his arrest. In the 4000 block of South Calhoun Highway, Butcher lost control and rolled his truck into the guardrails.

Cpl. D.C. Moore of the West Virginia State Police was the investigating officer who, after performing field sobriety tests and Butcher’s blood alcohol content, placed him under arrest for further processing. He is now awaiting arraignment in the WV Central Regional Jail having been charged with DUI 2nd Offense. Also on scene was Sheriff Graham Knight, Grantsville Volunteer Fire Department, Minnie Hamilton EMS and Westfall’s Wrecker Service who removed the truck from scene.
