Demolition and Asbestos Abatement
REQUEST FOR BIDS
The Calhoun County Commission is seeking sealed bids for demolition of fourstructures located in Calhoun County. The scope of work will entail demolition with some asbestos abatement, and proper removal of all debris resulting from said demolition, as well as site restoration following the demolition. ONE structure requires asbestos abatement on the project. Three structures require only demolition, and no abatement is necessary. The Calhoun County Commission owns the properties through a FEMA grant.
Sealed Bids will be accepted for either Project A, Project B or both Projects A & Bat the Calhoun County Commission Office until April 13, 2026 at 1:30pm, at which time they will be opened and read aloud. If a bid is awarded, all work must be completed by June 15, 2026.

The Calhoun County Commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
