


















On Monday June 30th, 2026 the Calhoun County Family Resource Network, Inc. celebrated their 30th year of serving Calhoun County as well as their next venture in service by providing an affordable housing units in the Town of Grantsville.
A 1.5 million dollar grant received from the Federal Home Loan Pittsburgh affordable housing grant will allow the Calhoun FRN to restore the former Grantsville Hotel and Restaurant into a beautiful facility going by the name “Bert’s Place” which will be a recovery friendly affordable housing complex.
Several in the community attended the event including all three of the Calhoun County Commission, Senator Ben Queen and Family Court Judge Betty Gregory. Melissa Badgett Cunningham opened the event with prayer.
