The City of Spencer in partnership with Walmart provides an opportunity for Roane County Officers as well as neighboring Calhoun to spend some quality time with youth and do a little Christmas shopping. This year the Calhoun County Sheriff’s Department participated in the event with Shoppers Sheriff Graham Knight, Chief Deputy C.R. Stephens, Deputy Hannah Stephens and Court Security Officer Zach Yeager.
