  1. Just so I am clear. If you punch a child in the face, bloody their nose, attempt to strangle them and the child reports it to the school, prison and a $30,000 cash bail. If you sexually molest multiple children over the course of several years and the school district knows about it, they move you to another school, $100,000 property bond and you are free to live at home for months. Correct me if I am wrong please.

  2. Still awaiting someone to correct me if I am wrong. If I am correct, make it an issue to the powers that allowed this to happen. Stand up for something. Innocent children would appreciate someone standing up for them. Do not let this go away Bring it up everyday. Thanks to Ridgeview for bringing it back up. What you allow will continue. And if no one stands up, then everyone is allowing it.

    1. Interesting thoughts Mr. Jason. Unfortunately I’m afraid such logic is flawed here.(geographically speaking) some people would rather watch suffering and cruelty at their leisure, than get involved and be the next social piñata.
If these seem like special accommodations-it’s because they are. I was unaware the courthouse had hours on the weekends to perform elite processing. Anyone ever having to report a crime locally would like to know when these times are I’m sure.
Things are not looking up. Some years ago, a man was abducted and transported from Ohio to our “ tite k-nit “ community. For the purpose of snuffing him out where it wouldn’t be solved. Not because it couldn’t, but because it would not.
“ sweep and repeat sat on a bench…”

    2. With all due respect,Jason. You have as much knowledge of the legal system as a below average mushroom.

  3. You’re not wrong,Jason, our system is badly broken. Not everyone is allowing it. I reported the magistrate to the ethics commissioners, for that pitiful performance ,of course they sided with the magistrate. Charleston is aware. Not a lot of things are right in this county,I wish it was higher on a lot of ppls list. Too worried about covering their own butts to say anything.

  4. @Calhounexperiment there are a lot of moving parts that are still being worked on. Good things take time they say. Let’s hope they are right.

@Larry Glad you have life and the legal system figured out and know it all. I’m still learning everyday.

@Paulineferrell sorry to hear that you and so many people seem to feel that way. And sorry to hear people would rather cover their butts than take the high road. That is why it is allowed to continue and most likely will.
