The Calhoun County Wood Festival Committee presented a plaque to Tony Morgan’s wife Cindy Morgan, and sister and brother Patsy Kisner and David Morgan in honor of the many years Tony Morgan contributed to the Calhoun County Wood Festival Event. Tony, an Attorney and former Prosecuting Attorney passed away in 2022 unexpectedly.
Tony Morgan’s office, on the corner of Court and Main Streets has been a staple throughout the years for displaying the numerous photos of the the Wood Festival Queens.
Cindy Morgan accepted the plaque and told those in attendance of her husband’s love for his community and how much he enjoyed meeting with people during the festival time.
