The 1.5 story home is located on 4.59 acres at Mt. Zion at the address of 88 Country Lane. Built in 1945, tt is a seven room home with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath totalling 1,553 square feet with a basement of 720 square feet. In addition to the house is a 30×54 ft. pole barn adjacent to the home.
According to the appraisal report there are several repairs needed. The flooring in the kitchen area is weak and will need replaced, vines growing through some of the windows, mudroom area has unfinished drywall and appears to have leaked, the basement area was wet and should be checked by a licensed contractor to determine where the water is coming from.
