With the official Election Day less than a week away, not everyone could or did wait until May 14th to make sure their vote was cast. County Clerk, Jean Simers, informed Ridgeview News that as of 4 p.m. on Tuesday, May 7th, 2024, 251 early voters had came in to vote, 97 Absentee ballots had been mailed out with 36 Returned to date.
