July 4th brings a Great Day of Entertainment at Calhoun County Park!

With Events Friday and Saturday to ignite good times!

Donald Pitts, President of the Calhoun County Park, posted the question on Social medial ”Hey Calhoun County and surrounding areas, are you ready for a great holiday weekend?” We hope the answer is a resounding ”Yes!” because this weekend is filled with plenty of things to keep local families busy and happy.

Friday Night Jam – Alice’s Attic on Main Street

Red Devil Revolution Day – Calhoun Community Center (Old Calhoun High School) starting at noon will be the Alumni Day, Youth Events and Activities and Food, food, food! The day will finish with the Rachel Lipsky in concert on the field.

Sunday, please attend the church of your choice, there are many great churches in the area.

Monday – at Calhoun County Park, an eventful day has been planned for everyone.

Starting at noon, Sherry Wade will be on stage with karaoke

3 p.m. – 🎶 Will Freed will be performing. Will grew up in Calhoun and has made quite a name for himself in the music business. Don’t miss him.

Starting at six will be our own 🎶 John Richards. John is very well known in the Ohio Valley and always does a great job playing and singing.

At ten will be our 4th annual 🎇 fireworks 🎆 display with 2️⃣9️⃣9️⃣ shots in the air. In this time of high gas prices you can stay close to home and enjoy some of the finest entertainment available.

Calhoun County Park offers one of the finest outdoor venues in the country, there are no bad seats so bring your lawn chair, your blanket, your umbrella or pop up and enjoy. (please space your canopies so as to not block others view, there is plenty of room on the hillside.

Heritage village will be open with children’s games and a 💦 giant water slide 💦 will be available for anyone who dares. I would like to encourage everyone to attend.

Cost of entry will be a donation to the Calhoun County Park.
