How does a “life registrant” get off of the online registry? He’s been in and out of jail the last few years for failure to register and CP but you can look his name up on the State Police site and he’s not on there

There is a registry, a database. People and authorities have access. Idk…is he a local untouchable??. A “pillar of the community “??.
Does he get along well with those in charge of that monitoring of accountability and enforcement??. Why did this happen?!!
We had to get a grant I believe some years ago to pay for the regional jail bill…I guess that band-aid fix didn’t discourage future misdeeds.

Cops have to be tired of writing tickets and paperwork, Just to watch charges get dismissed.
Is it personal grievance between judges and law enforcement?..I don’t get paid to do a job with no – or unsatisfactory results. Do you?.

Who’s gonna employ these folks?. Who’s gonna pay for their possible injuries?.
Yeh. Sheisse happens…If they reoffended on this program, will our towns insurance be able to cover it too?
Will our redemption program participants be covered under qualified immunity too?
Maybe our townes lawyer can explore the possibility.
What I’m saying is we don’t need to relaunch and staff another program that’s doomed. If we can’t protect children from their abusers with an in place system.
